Make sure that Ecotopia App is updated to the latest version and Bluetooth is authorized to Ecotopia App before you proceed.

Choose one of the following symptoms.

• LED is not blinking after you shake the device
• LED is blinking after you shake the device
• The device doesn’t have a LED
