How to activate Debut Renewal Plan?

To activate Debut Renewal Plan, please follow below steps:

1. On data center, click Device List > Terminal and click any terminal to go to Device Detail page. The green shield icon means you have already purchased Debut Renewal Plan for the device (grey color means otherwise).

   

2. Click the icon and follow the pop-up instructions to activate Debut Renewal Plan for the device.
   Kindly note that the device will be automatically terminated when Renewal Plan is activated, meaning the device and all its history data will be erased from your account and can’t be restored. So make sure that you have downloaded all history data before proceeding.

3. Contact [email protected] to prepare the replaced device for you.
