Changing Data Subscription Status
For a single device
- On the main menu, click Device List > Terminal.
Data center displays terminal list page. - On the terminal list page, click any terminal to go to the animal information page.
You can see the current data subscription status of the device. - Click the status, and select a status in the pop-up list to change the status.
- Follow the guidance to complete the operation.
For multiple devices
- On the main menu, click Device List > Terminal.
Data center displays terminal list page. - On the upper right of the terminal list page, click Change status.
- Select devices by checking the relevant checkbox.
- On the top of the device list, click relevant status button to change the status.
Note: After you change the status, you must wait for at least 2 months before you can change it again. Different status will be charged differently. For more information, see here.
